Angelina T. Ray, Treasurer
Ms. Ray is a Certified Family Law Specialist and the founding attorney of Pacem Tempestate Law, APC. Ms. Ray currently serves as the 2025 President of the Sacramento County Bar Association and has long been active in bar leadership, mentorship, and DEI initiatives.
Mary C. Molinaro, Fund Coordinator
Ms. Molinaro is one of the original Co-Founding Members of the Sacramento Children’s Fund Board. She has been practicing family law in Sacramento for the past 35 years. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist handling litigation, collaborative law, and mediation.
Jennifer B. Holdener, Vice Chair
Ms. Holdener is the founder of Holdener Law Group and is a Certified Family Law Specialist with over 15 years of experience. Her practice is devoted exclusively to family law.
Christopher W. Dietrich, Secretary
Mr. Dietrich is as Administrative Law Judge for State of California. Prior to becoming an ALJ he was a family law attorney in Davis, CA.
Jill L. Barr, Chair
Ms. Barr is a Certified Family Law Specialist and has been practicing family law for over thirty-eight years. Ms. Barr qualifies and serves as court appointed Minor’s Counsel in Family Law proceedings. She is a partner with Hemmer l Barr, Attorneys at Law in Sacramento County.
Scott P. Harman, Member
Comm. Harman serves as a Court Commissioner for the Sacramento County Superior Court, assigned to oversee child support matters. Prior to his appointment in January 2000, he was in private practice, primarily focusing on family law.

Myrlys Stockdale Coleman, Member
Hon. Stockdale Coleman was elected to serve as Judge of the Sacramento Superior Court in 2022. Prior to her election, Judge Stockdale Coleman served as a Court Commissioner in Napa and Sacramento Superior Courts. She currently presides over juvenile dependency matters and has presided over matters involving family law, child support, domestic violence, juvenile justice, traffic and civil harassment restraining orders.
